摘要 利用组态王软件进行"T68排故实训考核系统"的开发和实现进行剖析,对基于组态技术的"T68排故实训考核系统"的开发背景、登录界面、计算机故障设定信号采集、故障排除操作、数据库词典的构造等内容进行了具体的分析。实践证明,"T68排故实训考核系统"软件在教学中的使用,能够有效地调动学生学习积极性和主动性,降低培训教师的劳动强度,提高工作效率,同时也增强了考试的公平性、公正性和公开性,教学效果显著提高。 The troubleshooting and evaluation system of T68 boring machine controlled by computer configuration is designed and implement by using KingView configuration software.In this paper,the main aspects of this system based on configuration technology were analyzed in detail,including the developing background,the logon interface,the signal acquisition set by computer,the debugging operation,and the structure of database dictionary.Practice has proved that the use of this troubleshooting and evaluation system can effectively mobilize the enthusiasm and initiative of students,decrease the teachers labor intensity,improve work efficiency,and obviously enhance the fairness,the impartiality and the openness of examinations as well.
