检测实验室“三合一”认证认可的探讨

伴随着我国食品检验机构必须取得资质认定方可从事食品检验活动的强制实施,目前综合性检测实验室认证认可工作普遍由"二合一"变成"三合一"模式。针对认证认可工作的新变化,对"三合一"认证认可的概念、类型和程序进行了简要概述。在总结和归纳实验室认证认可工作经验的同时,指出"三合一"认证认可工作的关键控制点。为实验室"三合一"认证认可工作的有效开展,提供了参考指南。对于保证实验室质量管理体系制度化、规范化的建立以及有效运行具有重要意义。降低了实验室管理责任风险,有利于提高实验室管理和技术水平。

Aimed at the changes in the certification and accreditation of testing laboratories,a brief overview of the concept,types and procedures of the ＂Three in One＂certification and accreditation was conducted in this paper in which critical control points in the＂Three in One＂certification and accreditation was painted out.It provides a valuable reference for the certification and accreditation of laboratories,and has a great significance for the institutionalization,standardization and effective operation of laboratories.
