摘要
针对传统切片不可避免地存在阶梯误差的缺点,在选择性激光烧结系统中采用出一种基于区域适应性的切片方式。该切片方式对于表面形状复杂的参数形体进行切片是非常有意义的,使原型加工精度和效率提高的同时,物理性能也得到显著提高。
In view of the shortcomings of the traditional slice such as ladder error,a regional adaptive slicing method was proposed and applied to the selective laser sintering system,which is of significance for the parameter forms whose surface shape is complicated.Practice shows that this system can not only improve the accuracy and efficiency of processing,but also enhance the physical properties of the prototype.
