音乐治疗对精神分裂症患者主观幸福感与社会支持的相关研究

Correlation study of music therapy on subjective well-being and social support for schizophrenic patients

目的:探讨音乐治疗对住院精神分裂症患者主观幸福感与社会支持的评估。方法:将山西省荣军精神康宁医院住院精神分裂症患者随机抽取72例分为观察组(n=36)和对照组(n=36)。两组患者均接受常规药物治疗和一般工娱治疗,观察组另接受音乐治疗,每周5次,每次1小时,观察8周(8周为1个疗程)。在治疗前后采用主观幸福感量表(GWB)、社会支持量表(SSQ)进行评定。结果:治疗前两组患者在GWB、SSQ得分的差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05),治疗后观察组除GWB中对健康的担心和精力因子无明显差异外(P>0.05),其他得分均优于对照组(P<0.01)。SSQ中总分及各个因子得分也均优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:说明音乐治疗对精神分裂症具有较好的疗效、可提高患者的主观幸福感与社会支持。

Objective：To investigate and assess music therapy on subjective well -being and social support for schizophrenic patients. Methods ：72 schizophrenic inpatients were randomly selected and divided into observation group （n = 36） and control group （ n = 36）. All patients were given conventional drug therapy and general occupational and recreational therapy; additionally, ihe pa- tients in observation group accepted the music therapy 5 times/week and lh/time for 8 weeks （8 weeks as a course）. Before and after the treatment,the curative effects were assessed by GWB and SSQ. Results： Before the treatment, the differences of GWB and SSQ scores for the patients in the two groups were not statistically significant （ P 〉 0.05 ） ; however, the scores of observation group were higher than those of control group （P 〈 0.01 ） after the treatment except that there were no obvious differences in worrying about health and energy factor scores between the two groups （P 〉 0.05）. Moreover, the total score and the score of each factor of observation group in SSQ were all higher than those of control group （P 〈0. 05）. Conclusions： Music therapy has a good effect on schizophrenia, and can improve the patient＇s subjective well -being and social support.
