临床路径在精神科护理安全管理中的应用探讨

Application discussion of clinical pathway in psychiatric nursing safety management

目的:探讨临床路径在精神科护理安全管理中的应用效果,以保障患者和医护人员的安全,提高患者和家属的满意度。方法:将泰安市精神病医院两个临床科室作为实验科和对照科。统计两科在2011年3月～2012年12月所发生的护理差错、意外事件及患者和家属对护理服务满意度进行分析比较。结果:实验科护理差错意外事件比对照科明显低,而患者和家属对护理服务满意度则明显提高。结论:临床路径在精神科护理安全管理中能明显降低意外事件和差错事故的发生,提高了患者和家属对护理服务质量的满意度。

Objective：To explore application effects of clinical pathway in psychiatric nursing safety management so as to en- sure safety of patients and medical workers and improve satisfaction of the patients and their relatives. Methods： Two clinical depart- ments were selected as experimental department and control department. Nursing errors, accidents and the satisfaction of the patients and their relatives of the two departments from March 2011 to December 2012 were statistically analyzed and compared. Results： The nursing errors and accidents of experimental department were obviously lower than those of control department, but the satisfaction of the patients and their relatives to the nursing services was obviously improved. Conclusions： The clinical pathway used in the psychiat- ric nursing safety management can significantly reduce the occurrence of the accidents and errors, and improve the satisfaction of the patients and their relatives to the nursing service quality.
