Investigation of psychological health status for residents in new residential area

目的:了解新建居民区居民的心理健康状况。方法:随机选取莱芜市5年内新开盘居民小区3家,随机抽取500名入住居民进行量表筛查(SCL-90、SAS、SDS等),用自编的一般情况调查表对相关资料进行收集,并与10年以上小区居民作对照研究。结果:量表检查SCL-90、SAS、SDS评分显示研究组显著高于对照组。研究组与对照组心理障碍检出率比较分别为73人(17.06%)和35人(7.42%)。差异具有显著性。结论:新建居民区居民精神障碍发病率较高,需进行心理健康干预。

Objective：To understand psychological health status of residents in new residential area. Methods ：3 new residen- tial areas opened in 5 years were randomly selected, and 500 people in these residential area were randomly chosen for screening by u- sing the scales （SCL - 90, SAS, SDS, etc）. Results： data was collected by using self - made questionnaire and compared with those of people in the community over 10 years. Results： The SCL- 90, SAS, SDS scores of research group were significantly higher than those of control group. The detection rates of mental disorder for research group and control group were 73 people （ 17.06% ） and 35 people （7.42%）, respectively, and the difference was significant. Conclusions： The incidence rate of metal disorder for the residents in the new residential area is high, and the mental health intervention is needed for these residents.
