摘要
新生代农民工已成为产业工人的主体,是推动我国经济建设、社会和谐稳定的重要力量,对新生代农民工进行职业生涯管理迫在眉睫。新生代农民工职业生涯管理理论假设:职业是农民工生涯中工作的延续;农民工职业生涯管理主体双重化;农民工职业生涯管理的利益一元化。受内外双重因素影响,可将新生代农民工职业生涯划分为职业成长阶段、职业探索阶段、职业建设阶段、职业退出阶段。
The new--generation migrant workers, as the new force of industrial workers, play significant role in promo- ting Chinese economic construction and social harmony and stability so their occupation career management is a matter of urgency. The theory hypothesis: occupation is a continuation of migrant workers job; migrant workers occupation career management has double subjects and unified interest; Owing to internal and external factors, new--generation migrant workers occupation career fall into stages of growth, exploration, construction and exit.
