临猗县农业现代化评价研究

Studies and Appraises of Agricultural Modernization in Linyi County

临猗作为山西省农业最发达的县域之一,属于农业现代化程度最高的县域。通过构建指标建立评价模型,利用有关统计资料得出评价结果,临猗县基本实现农业现代化。其农业优势在于农业生产条件优越,农业生产水平高,土地产出率高;其不足之处在于农业大县特色的农业产出份额高、城镇化率低,中国特色的农业从业者份额大、劳动生产率低。该县农业现代化未来的方向在于发展适度规模经营,提高农业产业化程度,发展生态型农业,建设职业农民队伍以及发展农业文化产业。

LinYi, one of developed agricultural county in Shanxi, is in the highest level of agricultural modernization. This paper establishes an evaluation model with a system of index , and concludes that Linyi has been basically realizing the modernization of agriculture. The evaluation result shows that Linyi owns agricultural advantages including superior agricultural production condition, high production level and the high land output, and disadvantages in the high agricultural output share, low urbanization rate, large proportion of agricultural practitioners and low labor productivity. So Linyi should de- velop the moderate scale management, improve the degree for agricultural industry, develop ecological agriculture, construct oc- cupation farmer team and foster agricultural culture industry to promote the modernization of agriculture.
