川南地区水库建设综合评价——以珙县漂水岩水库为例

A Comprehensive Evaluation of the Reservoir Construction in the South of Sichuan——A Case Study of the "Piao Shui Yan"

"漂水岩"水库作为解决珙县城镇居民生活用水和西南地区重点水源规划项目,在其建设发展过程中会受到自然、社会和人为的种种影响。运用SWOT分析模式,剖析四川南部地区水库建设具有的优势、劣势及其面临的机遇和挑战。进而对完善水库建设提出对策建议,以期能为珙县漂水岩水库的顺利建设提供一定的参考。

The ＂ Piao Shui Yan＂ Reservoir was settled as a solution to living water supply of the urban residents in Gong County, Sichuan and also the key project of water planning in Southwest region of Sichuan. During it＇s construction and development , there will be many influence of natural, social and human factors. In this paper, the SWOT （Strength Weakness Opportunity Threats） model was used to profile the advantages and disadvantages, opportunities and challenges it have to confront . The thesis analyzed all sort of favorable and unfavorable conditions faced by the construction of the reservoir comprehensively. Furthermore it put forward some suggestions of improving the construction of the reservoir project in order to provide some references for the smooth progress of completion of the ＂ Piao Shui Yah＂ Reservoir in Gong Xian County.
