当前太原市青年失业的主要成因及对策研究

On Causes and Countermeasures of Current Young People's Unemployment in Taiyuan

伴随我国教育大众化浪潮的推进,青年失业问题也显得越来越严峻,成为政府日益重视的现实课题。文中阐述了目前太原市青年失业的现状,指出劳动力供给大于需求、结构性就业矛盾突出、青年求职期望过高、就业信息渠道不通畅、受教育程度影响就业观念等因素是导致太原市青年失业的重要原因,提出在坚持控制人口增长国策的基础上,建立就业立体化服务机制、推动就业市场化发展步伐、加大就业信息化建设力度、鼓励和支持青年自主创业等措施来推进青年就业。

With the education popularization in China, young people＇s unemployment is more and more severe and becomes the realistic issue for which government is increasingly concerned. This paper describes the current status of young people ＂s unemployment in Taiyuan, and analyzes its main reasons as greater supply of labor, prominent structural contradictions in employment, higher expectations of young people, tnarrow channel of employment information and different levels of education. Then it put forward setting up the extrude employment service system, promoting employment mercerization , intensifying the building of employment information , encouraging and supporting the youth self--employed and other measures on the basis of adhering to controlling population growth in the national policy.
