摘要
利用图解法绘出剪刃的运行轨迹以及各机构元件使用磨损后对运行轨迹的影响,分析了带钢厂曲柄连杆式飞剪轧件剪切过程中轧件剪切不断、趴头的原因,并根据原因制定相应的改进措施,对飞剪进行改进,以便减少轧件剪切趴头现象。
Running track of flying shear is drawn by means of graphic method and influence of all components on the wear track. By analyzing the trouble causes of unable to cut off and shearing curved of crank type flying shear, the corresponding measures have been taken to improve the crank type flying shear in order to reduce the troubles.
