用于同时测定葡萄糖和半乳糖的多功能薄膜型生物传感器的研究

摘要 本文采用微电子薄膜技术制作了具有双铂工作基底电极的传感器芯片。用Nafion膜修饰电极表面,并用化学交联法分别固定上葡萄糖氧化酶、半乳糖氧化酶,即制成可同时测定葡萄糖、半乳糖的多功能生物传感器。该多功能生物传感器对葡萄糖、半乳糖测定的范围分别为0~8.0mmol/L和0~6.0mmol/L,响应时间分别为30s和40s左右。适宜的pH范围为7.0~8.0。同时测定葡萄糖、半乳糖双组分时无交叉干扰。并且由于Nafion膜的阳离子选择透过性,基本上可消除Vc等电活性物质的干扰。 An integrated thin-film glucose and galactose sensor was developed by immobilizing glucose oxidase and galactose oxidase on Nafion chemically modified substrate electrodes. The substrate electrodes including two working electrodes were fabricated by thin film technology and integrated on the same chip. The detection range of designed integrated glucose and galactose sensor were 0-8.0mmol/L for glucose and 0-6. Ommol/L for galactose respectively,and the response time was about 30s and 40s. The optimum pH of this integrated glucose and galactose sensor was 7. 0- 8. 0. No cross interference effects were observed. The elimination of interference from ascorbic acid was accomplished by the application of a Nafion membrane between the electrode surface and the enzyme layer.
