摘要
本文以电化学方法研制了5,10,15,20—四(对氨基苯基)钴卟啉修饰电极。在碱性溶液中,电极对抗坏血酸的氧化有催化作用,电极用于药品中抗坏血酸的测定,结果与药典法相吻合。
: The preparation of polymer film electrode of tetra(p-aminophenyl)porphyrin cobalt was described. In the alkaline medium, the electrode exhibited electrocatalytic activity towards the oxidation of ascorbic acid. The electrode was assessed by the determination of ascorbic acid in drugs.
