摘要
绿色证券是我国继绿色信贷、绿色保险之后推出的重要环境经济政策。目前,绿色证券在我国发展迅速,然而,绿色证券相关法律制度尚不完善。由于我国上市公司环境污染事件频发,建立健全绿色证券法律制度迫在眉睫。本文在分析我国绿色证券政策基本理论、发展现状、实践状况的基础上,提出了绿色证券政策法律化的构想,并对绿色证券法律制度的构建提出了具体的建议。
The green securities is an important environmental and economic policy which is launched fol- lowing the green credit and green insurance. At present, the green securities develops rapidly in China. How- ever, the green securities-related legal system is not yet perfect. As China＇ s listed companies frequently in- volve in environmental pollution, to establish and improve the green securities law system is imminent. This pa- per analyzes the basic theory of China＇ s green securities policy, the development of the current situation, the practice situation, putting forward the idea of green securities legalization and concrete proposals of construction of the system of securities laws.
