甘露醇联合和血明目片治疗前房积血疗效分析

Efficacy analysis of mannitol combined with hexue mingmu piece on hyphema

目的分析甘露醇联合和血明目片治疗前房积血的临床疗效。方法将97例前房积血患者随机分为2组:A组(47例)给予和血明目片+血塞通治疗,B组(50例)给予甘露醇+和血明目片治疗。观察两组前房积血吸收时间及视力改善情况。结果 B组前房积血吸收时间为(5.4±2.2)d,短于A组的(7.3±2.8)d(P<0.05);治疗后B组视力≥0.5占80.00%,高于A组的42.77%(P<0.05);B组治疗总有效率为94.00%,高于A组的78.72%(P<0.05)。结论甘露醇联合和血明目片治疗前房积血,可有效缩短积血吸收时间,改善视力,疗效显著。

Objective To analyze the effect of mannitol combined with hexue mingmu piece on hyphema. Methods 97 patients with hyphema were randomly divided into two groups,47cases in group A were treated with hexue mingmu piece combined with xuesaitong, while 50 cases in group B were treated with mannitol combined with hexue mingmu piece, the time of hyphema absorption and vision improvement was observed. Results Hyphema ab- sorption time of group B was shorter than that of group A[ （5.4 ± 2. 2）d vs. （7. 3± 2. 8）d,P 〈0. 051 ;vision≥0. 5 of group B after treatment accounted for 80.00% ,higher than that of group A （42. 77% ,P 〈0. 05 ） ;total effective rate of group B was 94. 00% , higher than that of group A （ 74. 27% , P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion Mannitol combined with hexue mingmu piece treatment for hyphema can effectively reduce hemorrhage absorption time, improve vision.
