复方骨肽注射液治疗胸腰椎骨质疏松性骨折临床分析

Clinical analysis of compound ossotide injection in patients with thoracolumbar osteoporosis fracture

目的探讨复方骨肽注射液对胸腰椎骨质疏松性骨折患者的临床疗效。方法 52例胸腰椎骨质疏松性骨折患者,随机分为观察组27例和对照组25例,观察组给予复方骨肽注射液,对照组给予钙尔奇D。采取视觉模拟评分法对胸腰背部疼痛进行评估,观察比较两组患者治疗后的疼痛情况及临床有效率。结果观察组治疗后无疼痛、轻度疼痛和重度疼痛者与干预前比较,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05或P<0.01);治疗后,观察组无疼痛和重度疼痛者与对照组比较,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组的总有效率为88.89%,明显高于对照组的60%,两组比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论复方骨肽注射液用于胸腰椎骨质疏松性骨折患者,能缓解疼痛,临床疗效显著。

Objective To observe the clinical effect of compound ossotide injection in patients with thoraco- lumbar osteoporosis fracture. Methods 52 patients with thoracolumbar osteoporosis fracture in our department were di- vided into two groups randomly. Patients in observation group （ n = 27 ） were treated with compound ossotide injection; patients in control groups （ n = 25 ） were treated with caltrate D. The pain degree was assessed by visual analog scale; the pain degree and total effective rate of the two groups were compared. Results After treatment, the number of pain- less, mild pain and severe pain of observation group were improved significantly （P 〈 0.05, P 〈 O. O1 ） , and there were significant differences in the number of painless and severe pain between the two groups （P 〈 0. 05 ） ; the total effective rate of observation group was higher than that of control group （ 88. 89 % vs. 60 % , P 〈 0. 05 ）. Conclusion Com- pound ossotide injection can significantly relieve pain and increase clinical efficacy in patients with thoracolumbar oste- oporosis fracture.
