Analysis of Science and Technology Cooperation between Jiangsu and ASEAN

东盟的大多数国家科技发展水平不高,它们对开展科技合作、整合创新资源、发展产业链有着强烈的合作意愿和现实需求。随着2012年"中国—东盟科技伙伴计划"的正式启动,我国与东盟的科技合作也开始了新的篇章。文章针对江苏省与东盟科技合作进行探讨,分析东盟国家的科技特点,探索江苏与东盟科技合作的可行模式,为今后更好地开展工作提供参考。

The development of science and technology level is not high in most of tile ASEAN countries, they have a strong cooperation willingness and realistie demands on engaging in cooperation in science and technology, integrating innovalion re- sources and dew, loping the industrial chain. As the officially launeh of China--ASEAN partnership of science and teehndogy in 2012, the science and technology cooperation between our country and ASEAN has opened a new chapter. The paper ana- lyzes the science and techntdogy eooperatinn between Jiangsu and ASEAN, and analyzes the features of science and technology of ASEAN countries, and explores the feasible patterns of science and technology cooperation belween Jiangsu and ASEAN. in order to offer some references in lhe field for the filture.
