摘要
针对某车型喇叭在实际使用和整车路试实验中,其喇叭支架发生断裂的现象,文章对喇叭支架系统进行整车路试振动测试实验,同时结合有限元模态分析计算,找到发生故障的原因。根据计算分析结果提出支架结构的改进方案。
The horn bracket was crack during the vehicle was testing. In this paper, to know why it was crack, we do the vi- bration test. At the same time, we do the mode analysis by using the finite element method. Finally, we get the reason. Ac- coming to the reason, we give the advice to improve the strncture of the horn bracket.
