On the Interrelation between Ideological and Political Work and Enterprise Culture

企业思想政治工作与企业文化建设工作的关系在当前一些企业里混淆不清,有些用企业思想政治工作取代企业文化建设工作,有些则用企业文化建设工作取代企业思想政治工作。如何正确认识和处理好企业思想政治工作与企业文化建设工作的关系,探索企业思想政治工作与企业文化建设工作的新路子,实现两者的相互促进和有效结合,是当代企业经营者和企业政工工作者必须思考和认真对待的问题。

The relation between ideological and political work and enterprise culture construction is vague in some enterpris- es, some enterprises take the ideological and political work as enterprise culture construction, and others take the opposite view. How to deal with the relationship of both correctly, exploring the new ways for both, achieving mutual promotion and ef- fective combination of both, which is the problem needed seriously thinking and treating fur business operators and workers engaging in the enterprise political work.
