On the Innovative Idea and Service of Library Management

在科技发展日新月异和社会日趋信息化的21世纪,信息是推动科技进步和经济发展的重要因素,图书馆于是成为传播信息的一个重要媒介。因此,图书馆的服务与发展也成了社会进步的重要体现。可是,现在的图书馆管理中明显存在着许多不能适应社会发展的问题。文章结合本单位内部图书馆目前的情况,论述图书馆管理的创新理念与服务在图书馆管理中的重要性。

In the21 st century, with the rapid development of contemporary science and technology and the development of the information society, information is an important factor in promoting scientific and technological progress and economic develop- ment. The library has become an important medium for transmitting information. Therefore, the services of library and its de- velopment also became the important manifestation of social progress. But, there are still many problems in the library, which can not adapt to social development. Combining with the present situation of the library in the interior unit, the paper expounds the importance of innovation concept and the service in the library management.
