Synthesis of pyrimidine compounds substituted by five membered heterocycles

摘要 利用六步反应制备了五元杂环取代的嘧啶化合物,并讨论了在反应过程中出现的2,3位取代问题,并成功分离目标单体化合物,而且详细讨论了酰胺制备过程. We prepared pyrimidine compounds substituted by five membered heterocycles in a six step procedure,discussed the displacement of 2 and 3 position, obtained object compounds, and discussed the preparation of amide in detail.
