摘要
简述了带压密封技术的基本原理,论述了带压密封技术的关键金属构件-夹具的两个基本作用:密封保证和刚度保证,提出了夹具的设计准则:良好地吻合性、足够的强度、足够的刚度、合适的密封空腔、接触间隙严密、注剂孔开设、分块合理.以曲梁的有力矩理论为基础,建立了中高压管道法兰夹具的刚度计算公式.同时给出了中高压管道法兰夹具的强度校核公式.
This article describes briefly the basic principle, key metal compo nent--clamp two basic functions: seal and stiffness assurance for online leak sealing technology. Clamps design criterion:fine inosculation, enough strength, enough rigidity, suitable sealing cavity, contact gap close, injecting threaded hole and reasonable subdivision are discussed. The rigidity calculation formula of middle-high pipeline flange clamps are proposed based on the torque theory of the bent beam. It also shows the strength check formula of middle-high pipeline flange clamps.
