焚烧法处理含酚废水

Treatment of Phenol-Containing Wastewater by lncineration

铸造粘结剂生产中排出的污水含酚浓度高达6 % ,CODcr浓度高达178500mg/L,采用萃取、吸附等方法均不能达标排放。采用焚烧法处理浓度高、水量小的含酚废水 ,焚烧尾气中的有害物远远低于《大气污染排放标准》 。

ln the wastewater from the production of casting adhesives,phenol concentration is as high as 6% and CODcr concentration is as high as 178 500 mg/L . Neither extraction nor adsorption can make the wastewater meet the standard before discharged.When incineration was used in the treatment of the phenol_containing wastewater with high concentration and in small quantity,the harmful matters in the off_gas from the incineration was far below the figures specified in the 'Emission Standard of Air Pollutants”.This paper introduces the conditions necessary for incineration of wastewater as well as the technical parameters of the operation of incinerators.
