天智颗粒联合维生素B_1对慢性酒精中毒性脑病MMSE的影响

The effect of the Tianzhi granules plus Vitamin B_1 on treating the MMSE of the chronic alcoholism encephalopathy

目的:采用中成药天智颗粒结合维生素B1联合疗法治疗慢性酒精中毒性脑病,观察治疗后对患者MMSE量表的影响,探讨治疗慢性酒精中毒性脑病的新方法。方法:采用随机对照试验的研究方法,将32例慢性酒精中毒性脑病患者随机分为治疗组18例和对照组14例。治疗组采用天智颗粒与维生素B1联合治疗,对照组采用维生素B1单独肌肉注射治疗,按规定剂量治疗90d。治疗前后分别对患者进行临床疗效评定和MMSE量表评分。结果:治疗后治疗组患者临床疗效总有效率为94.44%,对照组为78.57%,疗后MMSE评分治疗组明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论:天智颗粒与维生素B1联合疗法能有效改善慢性酒精中毒性脑病的临床症状,一定程度改善患者认知功能。

Objective： To investigate effects of the Tianzhi granules plus Vitamin B1 on treating the MMSE of the chronic alcoholism encephalopathy, in order to present a new method. Methods： 32 patients were randomly divided into 2 groups. The treated group was given the Tianzhi granules plus Vitamin B1, while the control group was given the Vitamin B1 only, comparing two groups after 90 days treating. Results： The cognitive function was improved in the group treated with Tianzhi granules plus Vitamin B1, and the total efficiency in the treated group was 94.44%, compared with that in the control, which is 78.57%. The two groups are statistically significant. （P〈0.01） Conclusion： The Tianzhi granules plus Vitamin B1 can effectively improve the cognitive function on treating the chronic alcoholism encephalopathy.
