针刺联合加味麻杏石甘汤治疗慢性阻塞性肺病急性加重期46例

Treating 46 cases of COPD in acupuncture plus the decoction of Maxing Shigan

目的:观察针刺联合加味麻杏石甘汤治疗慢性阻塞性肺病急性加重期的临床疗效。方法:46例用针刺联合加味麻杏石甘汤治疗,5d为1个疗程,治疗2个疗程。结果:临床痊愈16例,显效18例,有效9例,无效3例,总有效率93.48%结论:针刺联合加味麻杏石甘汤有良好疗效。

Objective： To investigate the efficacy of acupuncture plus the decoction of Maxing Shigan in treating chronic obstructive pulmonary disease （COPD）. Methods： To select 46 patients for treating for two courses 10 days. Results： 16 patients were cured, effective for 18, little effective for 9, none for 3, the total efficiency was 93.48%. Conclusion： Acupuncture plus the decoction of Maxing Shigan was effective in treating COPD.
