淫羊藿与莲子心配伍治疗上热下寒类病证100例评价

Evaluation on treating 100 cases of the Shangre Xiahan cold-like illness with epimedium lotus heart combination

目的:共享淫羊藿与莲子心配伍使用,治疗上热下寒类病证的临床应用。本组病例100例全是本人近三个月门诊病例,大多运用小疗程调整方剂的方法,针对因上热下寒类病证引起的月经紊乱、失眠、心悸、高血压、头痛头晕、口腔溃疡、四肢冷痛等疾病或症状的治疗效果进行分类分析,运用症状积分量表进行评估,证明淫羊藿与莲子心配伍,随证加减,治疗上述病证效果显著。

Objective： Clinical application in treating Shangre Xiahan by Epimedium combined with nelumbinis. 100 patients were all my nearly three months of outpatient cases, most of the use of small course adjustments prescription, classification analysis for the card due to the Shangre Xiahan illness caused by menstrual disorders, insonmia, palpitations, high blood pressure, headache, dizziness, mouth ulcers, cold sore limbs and other diseases or symptoms treatment effect. Use the symptom score scale to assess prove epimedium lotus heart compatibility, subtraction with the card, the treatment of these syndromes significant effect.
