摘要
抑制素是一种由α和β两种亚基通过二硫键连接形成的异二聚体糖蛋白。抑制素免疫一方面可以升高雌性动物机体FSH水平,促进卵泡发育,提高排卵率和产子数,另一方面还可以提高雄性动物精子生成及使性成熟提前,因此可以全面提高动物的生殖性能。本文将对抑制素的结构、合成、表达及抑制素免疫对动物繁殖力的影响进行综述。
Inhibin is a disulphide-linked heterodimeric glycoprotein consisting of α-and β-subunits. Immunization against inhibin not only increased FSH level, promoted follicle development, increased ovulation rate and lambing percentage of females, but also increased sperm production and made males come to puberty earlier which could enhance animal reproductivity comprehensively. The structure, synthesis, expression and effects of INH vaccination on animal fertility are reviewed in this paper.
