摘要
泥质岩体的膨胀软化是造成巷道变形失稳的重要原因,采用SEM、TEM和XRD等现代化分析测试手段,查明了林南仓矿-650m石门巷道围岩的微观弱化机理,结合巷道支护设计的关键点分析,确定采用双层布筋混凝土浇筑技术为主的联合支护进行修复施工,较好解决了煤9至煤8间高蒙脱石强膨胀型围岩巷道稳定支护与安全施工。
Swelling and softening of argillaceous rock are the major causes of deformation and instability of roadway. The modern analyzing means of SEM, TEM and XRD are applied to investigate the micro-softening mechanism of roadway surrounding rock in underground --650 m cross-cut in Linnancang Mine; combining with the analysis of the key points of roadway support design, the joint supporting method dominated by double reinforcing concrete pouring is applied for repair conduction, which effectively achieves the stable support and safe construction in road- way with high-montmorillonite expansive soft rock between No. 9 and No.8 coal seams.
