张家峁选煤厂电气控制系统设计

Design of electrical control system for Zhangjiamao Coal Preparation Plant

针对张家峁选煤厂存在的工艺复杂、主要设备较多、各个集散系统功能不一、监测条件困难、车间内噪音大、煤尘多以及工作环境恶劣等问题,张家峁选煤厂建立了以PLC为控制核心的电气控制系统,介绍了该电气控制系统的组成,阐述了使用PLC对系统进行控制的步骤,通过实际应用表明,该系统实现了选煤厂的自动控制与实时监测。

Aimed at the existing problems such as complex process, more mare eqmpments, more distributed control system with different functions, difficulties in monitoring, great noise in workshop, much coal dust and had conditions for workers in Zhangjiamao coal preparation plant, the PLC electric control system was set up, and its structure and the controlling steps by PLC were described. The practical application showed that the automatic control and the real-time mo- nitoring were achieved hy this control system.
