煤炭企业供应商协同管理信息平台研究

Study on supplier collaboration management platform for coal enterprise

供应商管理是煤炭企业物资采购管理中的重要组成部分,直接关系到煤炭企业生产运营的持续安全和稳定。为了解决传统供应商管理中信息沟通不畅、合作层次不高以及业务数据不共享的问题,提出了包含物资采购信息平台、电子招标投标平台和业务协同管理平台3个组成部分的、基于协同管理思想的煤炭企业供应商协同管理平台架构。煤炭企业供应商协同管理信息平台的建立实现了采供双方的信息实时沟通,建立了长期高效的采购全过程协同合作关系,降低了采供双方的沟通成本和交易成本,提高了物资采购效率。

Supplier management is an important part of materials procurement management of coal enterprise, which is directly related to the security and stability of coal production. The supplier collaboration management platform of coal enterprise, including material procurement information system, electronic bidding system and business collaboration management system, was proposed on the basis of collaboration thoughts to solve problems of poor communication, low-level cooperation and independent business data existed in traditional supplier management. This platform is helpful to achieve the real-time communication between purchasers and suppli- ers, establish the long-term collaborative relationship in whole procurement process, decrease the cost of communication and transaction dramatically and enhance the efficiency of material pro- curement.
