摘要
通过总结煤矿危险源的特点及其失效模式特征,研究分析煤矿事故的发生机理,提出诠释煤矿事故致因的理论模型。以切断事故因果链为手段,分析和提出适用于我国煤矿安全管理的对策。
This paper summarizes the characteristics of hazard sources and failure modes in coal mines. The factors affecting coal mine accidents have been analyzed. A theoretical model of coal mine accident causation has been proposed. As a means to cut the causal chain of accidents, a range of suitable measures have been analyzed and proposed.
