我国煤矿员工不安全行为研究现状及发展方向

Current research situation and development direction of unsafe behaviours of mine employees in China

对目前关于我国煤矿员工不安全行为研究结果进行探讨分析,在此基础上提出未来的研究方向,应从组织视角和基层员工视角两个方面进行,应使用更为科学合理的实证研究方法,并重视提高煤矿基层员工组织承诺水平和组织支持感,重视井下班组人员的合理组合及人岗匹配。

Based on research results of current mine workers＂ unsafe behaviours in China, a future research strategy has been proposed. This strategy should be conducted from an organiza- tion and junior staff perspective. An increased focus on scientific and reasonable practical research methods should be considered. Attention should be focused on improving levels of organizational commitment and improving staff perception of support networks in their organizations. There al- so should be a focus on rational arrangement of underground staff and matching people with ap- propriate iob functions.
