正转链条炉排燃煤锅炉布煤新技术的研究与应用 被引量:1

摘要 通过对正转链条炉排燃煤锅炉布煤方式的研究和实际应用,创新改进了炉排的布煤方式,实现了炉排上燃煤的均匀混合、分层燃烧和局部锥形悬浮燃烧的有效结合,增大了燃煤与空气的有效接触面积,有效地减少了锅炉的鼓引风量,很好地解决了正转链条炉排锅炉燃烧工况差的问题,锅炉的炉渣含碳量和炉渣温度有了大幅度的降低,提高了锅炉的运行效率,达到了节电和节煤的节能效果。 In this paper a new distribution method has been proposed tor a grate--hrecl coal boiler based on the research and practical application. The results showed that the coal distribu- tion was more uniformly mixed , stratified burning occurred, partial suspensions were combust- ed, effective burning areas were increased and correspondingly the airflow demand volume was decreased. This method has solved the problems of combustion conditions in grate fired coal boil- ers. The carbon content and slag temperature was significantly reduced, thereby the operating ef- ficiency of boiler has been improved, which get electricity and coal energy saving effect.
