关于浙江新型农民教育培训工作的探析

Analysis on the Education and Training of Zhejiang New Farmers

浙江农民素质与技能离农业现代化和2015年提前全面建成小康社会的目标要求仍然存在较大距离,迫切需要采取有效措施来加快新型农民的培养。文章在分析浙江农民培养工作现状以及存在问题的基础上,针对浙江农业发展现状以及农民从业情况,提出完善制度建设,加大经费投入,创新培训机制,做好需求调研与教法研究,增强农民培训的针对性和有效性,做好培训宣传与服务工作是新型农民培养工作的重要内容。

There is a big distance between Zhejiang farmers＇ quality and skills and the goal requirements of agricultural modernization and comprehensive well - off society built in 2015. As a result, it＇ s urgent to take effective measures to speed up the cultivation of new farmers. Based on the analysis of current situation and problems of training farmers in Zhejiang,we have put forward the important contents of new farmers＇ cultivation, which include perfecting system construction, increasing funds investment, innovating training mechanism, training demand research and teaching research, training pertinence and validity, good propaganda and training services.
