摘要
我国农村劳动力转移就业培训近年有了长足发展。但可持续的、高效率的培训模式依然在探索之中。我国可根据区域农村经济结构的差异而采取两种不同的培训运作模式:"本土化就业-新农民"、"融入城市-新市民",从而为农村劳动力这一庞大群体拓宽向上流动的通道。
Rural labor employment training has made great progress in recent years. Houecer, sustainable, high -efficiency training mode is still in the exploration. China can take two different training modes of operation according to the differences in the structure of the regional rural economy : "indigenize employment - new citizens. " In this way, it can broaden the farmers, "into the city - new citizen" public channel of upward mobility for the rural labor force.
