构建校本研修体系 促进教师素质提升

Construction of School-based Training System to Promote Teachers’Quality

高素质专业化的师资队伍是学校跨越发展强有力的人才支撑。通过以学校发展规划引领教师发展,围绕学校和教师发展"一个中心",构建由组织、制度、内容、运行、评价"五个系统"组成的校本研修体系,坚持常态化校本研修,使教师个体成长、梯队发展和团队提升同步。以新教师组团跟进式培训等四个极具特色、卓有成效的研修项目为例,阐述了在岗位工作情境中如何开展校本研修。

Qualified teachers strongly support the development of school. School - based training system is constructed around school and teachers＇ development, which is composed of five sub - systems, organization, rules, contents, operation and evaluation system. Based on the four characteristic training programs, like fresh teachers training by groups, this paper elaborates how to carry out school -based training in the working environment.
