Analysis on the Teacher Flow of Compulsory Education in Minority Areas

民族地区义务教育教师流动,受其区域经济发展水平、民族文化和流动政策力度等因素的制约,产生的效果不很明显。因此,在鼓励教师自觉流动的同时,必须要有政策制度和办学条件做保障,才能促进民族地区义务教育教师的合理流动。

The resuh of compulsory, education teacher flow in minority areas isn＇ t outstanding. The influence factors include the level of economy development, national culture and intensity of flow policy. So while encouraging teacher flow out of theirs own intent, it also needs policies and school - running conditions to ensure the equitable flow of the teachers.
