员工培训是企业发展的需要。员工培训的质量影响着企业对培训的投入力度。只有改变培训的内容,加强培训管理才能提高员工培训的质量。
Staff training is the need of development of enterprises. Staff training quality affects the enterprise training investment. Only by changing the content of the training and strengthening the training management, could we improve the quality of staff training.
