The Professionalization in General Adult Education in Germany: Background,Paths and Reflection

德国成人教育比较发达,20世纪70年代以来其普通成人教育专业化发展开始日益受到重视。在考察德国普通成人教育专业化发展历史背景的基础上,从机构和从业者两方面对其专业化发展的途径进行分析,并进一步指出其专业化发展过程中存在的主要问题并予以反思,以期为我国普通成人教育发展提供有益的启示和借鉴。

The adult education in Germany is developed, and since the 1970s, the professionalization in general adult education in Germany has been paid more and more attention. This thesis is based on the review of its background, and analysis its two professionalization paths, which are the professionalization of its institution and of its teachers. Furthermore, this thesis points out some main problems in the professionalization in general adult education in Germany in order to provide enlightenment and reference to the general adult education in China.
