自上世纪70年代以来,终身教育已成为国际社会的共识,美国、日本等发达国家已经建立了较为完备的终身教育体系,并且世界各国尤其注重成人教育和终身教育的立法问题。以日本《终生学习振兴法》为例,文章介绍了其立法背景、地位、基本内容和基本原则,提出促进我国成人教育发展的几点启示,旨在加快我国终身教育体系建立和发展进程。

Since 1970s, lifelong education has become the consensus of the international community, the United States, Japan and other developed countries have established relatively perfect lifelong education system, and the countries of the world, in particular, pay attention to issues of adult education and lifelong education legislation. Take Lifelong Learning Revitalization Act for example, the article introduces the legislation background, status, basic content and basic principles, and put forward several suggestions to promote the development of adult education in our country, to accelerate the process of establishment and development of lifelong education system in our country.
