摘要 就业难使法学本科教育面临前所未有的危机,曾喧嚣一时的取消之争反映了教育界对教改进一步深化的路径不明的焦躁。在不触动现有体制的情况下,法学本科教育改革深化路径在于转变教学理念,以社会需求为导向对法学本科教育课程体系设计进行检讨与反思,按照社会对法律专业人才的需求来设计法学本科课程体系,以此为突破推动我国法学本科教育改革的深化。 The difficulty to obtain employment constitute the unprecedented crisis for the legal undergraduate education, at present, the disputes concerning abolishing the legal undergraduate education reflect the anxiety of the education world because we cannot find the way to advance the education reform. The approach to further the legal undergraduate education without touching the present system, this paper suggest, rests with changing our education philosophy, by reviewing and reconsidering our legal undergraduate courses system according to the social demand of legal professionals, designing the legal undergraduate courses system according to the social demand of legal professionals, and taking this as the breakthrough of furthering our legal undergraduate education reform.
