摘要
本文扼要地阐述了有机颜料物理化学特性:颜料晶体状态、分子间的相互作用(氢键)、同质异晶与同晶性、混晶与固态溶液、结晶性,粒径大小、形状与分布等对其应用性能的影响;论述了有机颜料未来发展的趋势:开发新型发色体系及相关中间体合成新技术,在合成与后处理过程中调整颜料的物理化学特性,颜料粒子的表面改性,物理化学(仪器)分析的广泛应用以及强化企业管理,创新及技术型营销.
In this paper, the physico - chemical characters of organic pigment such as crystal bibat, intermolec-ular forces (hydrogen bond), polymorphism and isomorphism, mixed crystal and solid solution, crystallinity, particale size, shape and distribution and their effect on pigmentary performance were described. The future development trend, such as the synthesis of novel chromophoric system and intermediates, the control of physico - chemical properties in synthesis or post - syntheses, surface modification of particle, application of instrumen-tan analysis, were studied to intensify the management of enterprise and sell technically.
