摘要
1,4-二氨基-2,3-二氰基蒽醌是合成分散翠蓝染料的重要中间体.分散翠蓝是一类色光艳亮、染色和牢度性能兼优的高档染料.传统的双氰蒽醌中间体是由1,4-二氨基蒽醌或其隐色体经过卤化、磺化,最后氰化的方法合成.反应过程中需用大量的硫酸和液碱,对环境污染很严重,且存在难以除去的副产物,工艺路线长,收率低,很不经济.反应式如下:
The synthesis of 1,4 - Diamino - 2, 3 - dicyano anthraquinone from the leuco - base of 1,4 - di-amino anthraquinone by one pot process with yield of 83.4% and 96% purity was described.
