摘要
体力疲劳是亚健康的主要表现形式之一,也是近年来研究的热点领域。以马鹿茸、马鹿血粉、人参提取物、黄芪提取物、枸杞子提取物为原料,制成新型抗疲劳功能食品。稳定性实验结果表明:在37℃保存条件下,标志性成分总皂甙的稳定性良好。安全性毒理学评价表明:该产品无毒,安全可靠。功能学动物实验表明:该产品具有显著的抗疲劳作用。
Physical fatigue is one of the manifestations of sub-health, it is also one of the research focuses in recent years. In this work, a new anti-fatigue functional food was studied that the main ingredients are cervus-etaphus linnaeus antler, cervus-elaphus linnaeus blood power, Ginseng extracts, Astragalus extracts and Lycium barbarum extrracts. The results of stability test under 37 ~C preservation condition showed that the stability of marked component total saponins was stable. Evaluation on toxicity and security showed that the product was non-toxic and safe. The results of functional tests on animals showed that the product has significant anti-fatigue effect.
