响应面法优化超高压提取金鸡菊总黄酮工艺研究 被引量:13

Optimization of the technology condition for ultra high pressure extraction Coreopsis basalis total flavonoids by response surface method

摘要 以金鸡菊总黄酮提取得率为指标,在单因素试验基础上,根据Box-Behnken的中心组合试验设计原理,运用Minitab15.0数据统计分析软件,采用3因素3水平的响应面分析法优化超高压提取金鸡菊总黄酮的工艺。结果表明:最佳工艺条件为料液比为1:16、压力为340MPa、粉碎度为80目、保压时间3min,总黄酮提取得率为12.35%。 With the yeild of Coreopsis flavonoids as index, the preparation process of ultra-high pressure (UHP) on extraction total flavonoids from Coreopsis basalis was optimized according to Box-Behnken central composition design principle, the method of response surface analysis with 3 factors and 3 levels combined with Minitab15.0-statistical data analysis software was adopted. According to the above results, the optimum extraction conditions were obtained as follows: ratio of solid to liquid 1:16(g/mL), pressure 340 MPa, material particles 80 mesh, holding time 3 min, and under this condition, the yeild of Coreopsis flavonoids was up to 12.35%.
