铈改性固体超强酸SO_4^(2-)/Sb_2O_3催化合成尼泊金乙酯 被引量:10

Catalyzed synthesis of Ethylp-Hydroxybenzoate by solid superacid SO_4^(2-)/Sb_2O_3 modified by cerium

摘要 研究了以对羟基苯甲酸与乙醇为原料,自制的新型固体超强酸SO42-/Sb2O3/Ce4+作催化剂合成尼泊金乙酯。实验确定的适宜工艺条件为:n(酸):n(醇)=1.0:4.0、催化剂用量为总量的0.6g、反应时间为4h,酯收率93.8%,用IR对产品进行确证。 Ethylp-Hydroxybenzoate was synthesized from p-hydroxy benzoic acid and ethanol catalyzed by the new solid ultra strong acid SO4Z/Sb2OJCe4 made by myself. The best synthesis condition of ethylp- hydroxybenzoate was investigated. The experiment results showed that the optimum reaction conditions were as follows: when the molar ratio of p-hydroxy benzoic acid to ethanol was 1.0:4.0, the dosage of SO42/Sb2OJCe4. was 0.6 g and reactive time was 4 hours. The esterification yield reached to 93%. The product was characterized by IR.
