Analysis of the composition in peony seed oil by GC/MS and evaluation in the sunscreen effect

摘要 文章采用甲酯化处理牡丹籽油及葵花籽油、花生油、油茶籽油、玉米胚芽油油样,然后利用气相色谱-质谱(GC/MS)法分析了它们的脂肪酸成分,结果表明:牡丹籽油中含有13种脂肪酸,其中饱和脂肪酸,不饱和脂肪酸含量分别为7.63%、91.53%,亚麻酸含量高达41.38%。同时通过测定5种油样的紫外吸光度,得出牡丹籽油具有较好的防晒功效。 This paper adopts methyl ester chemical to dispose the sample of peony seed oil, sunflower seed oil, peanut oil, tea seed oil and corn germ oil, then the fatty acid constituents of peony seed oil were separated and identified by gas chromatography-mass spectrometry (GC/MS). The results of the experiments indicate that there are 13 kinds of fatty acids in peony seed oil, the contents of saturated, unsaturated fatty acid were 7.63% and 91.53%, respectively, and linolenic acid content were as high as 41.38%. At the same time, by measuring the UV absorbance of the five oil samples obtained peony seed oil has a good sunscreen.
