摘要
为了准确测定棉油皂脚中β-谷甾醇与菜油甾醇的含量,将皂脚通过预处理之后,采用反相C18柱,流动相为95:5(V/V)的甲醇水混合液,流速0.8mL/min,检测波长为210nm,外标法定量。结果表明β-谷甾醇在40.16~240.96μg/mL,菜油甾醇在30.02~181.2μg/mL有良好的线性关系,平均回收率分别为97.91%、98.11%。方法结果准确可靠,重现性好,适合于皂脚及其他植物下脚料中甾醇含量测定。
β-sitosterol and campesterol in cottonseed soapstock have been determined by HPLC. After soapstock was pretreated, the analysis was carried out on a RP-C18 column with mobile phase of methanol and water (95/5, V/V), flow rate of 0.8 mL/min, and UV detection at 210 nm. The experimental results show that there is a good linear from 40.16 μg/mL to 240.96 μg/mL for β-sitosterol, and from 30.02 μg/mL to 181.2 μg/mL for campesterol, the average recoveries of which are 97.91% and 98.11%, respectively. This method is accurate with high repeatability, indicating its potential in assaying sterols in soapstock and other vegetable oil foots.
