摘要 本文对ZrSiO4颗粒 /Ca0 6 Mg0 4Zr4P6 O2 4基复相陶瓷的烧结行为及力学性能进行了研究。发现引入ZrSiO4相 ,可促进Ca0 6 Mg0 4Zr4P6 O2 4基陶瓷的烧结 ,并抑制主晶相的晶粒长大。在Ca0 6 Mg0 4Zr4P6 O2 4中引入 10vol%ZrSiO4,可获得一种具有较高抗弯强度 (197MPa)和较低热膨胀系数 (1 5 4×10 - 6 /℃ )的NZP基复相陶瓷材料。 In this paper ,the sintering behavior and mechanical properties of ZrSiO 4 powder/Ca 0 6 Mg 0 4 Zr 4P 6O 24 matrix multiphase ceramics were investigated The results show that the addition of ZrSiO 4 improved the sintering behavior of Ca 0 6 Mg 0 4 Zr 4P 6O 24 matrix ceramic and confined the crystal grain growth of the main phase By adding 10vol% ZrSiO 4 in Ca 0 6 Mg 0 4 Zr 4P 6O 24 ,a new NZP matrix multiphase ceramic material with higher bending strength(197MPa)and lower thermal expansion coefficient(1 54×10 -6 /℃)was obtained
