摘要
本研究采用湿化学的方法分别制备了ZrO2 Y2 O3 CeO2 及Al2 O3超细粉 ,然后按一定的比例混合两种超细粉 ,经造粒、等静压成型、煅烧制得ZrO2 Al2 O3系陶瓷样品。采用XRD、SEM及MTS陶瓷试验系统及HVS— 1 0 0 0数显显微硬度计等现代测试手段 ,对样品的理化性能和微观结构进行了研究。结果表明 ,所研制的增韧陶瓷样品的抗弯强度达 40 5 47MPa,断裂韧性为 1 1 0 6MPa·m12 ,硬度达 1 36 3kg/mm2 。
ZrO 2-Y 2O 3-CeO 2 system and Al 2O 3 ultrafine particles were prepared by chemical coprecitation process. Then,the two ultrafine particles were mixed,isopressed and sintered to make ZrO 2 Al 2O 3 system ceramic samples. The microstructure and physical and chemical properties of the samples were tested by XRD,SEM,MTS(ceramic mechanical test system)ect. The result shows that the toughened ceramic samples are of bending strength 405 47MPa,fracture toughness 11 06MPa·m 12,hardness 1363kg/mm 2,which can be used as the artificial joint materials.
